Payment FAQs

This section covers a few of the frequently asked questions concerning
the "PAYMENT" issues relating to the purchase of Marketing Cards.

Important Note: Our terms are payment in advance of the order.
Please make your cheque payable to PITS
(NB. Please do not make cheques payable to Marketing Cards).
To help your finance department, a proforma invoice can be issued on request.

  1. Can I pay when I receive the cards?
  2. Do I have to pay in full before I see a proof?
  3. Do you offer credit facilities?
  4. Do you give a Guarantee?
  5. Are there any discounts for regular customers?
  6. We cannot raise any cheques without an invoice; can you supply a pro-forma invoice? (ie. an invoice for the value of the payment requested in advance of the arrival of the cards)
  7. Who do I make the cheque payable to?
  8. Why will you not commence my card until you have received payment?
  9. When will my order be ready for despatch?
  10. What happens if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
